Last night was an all you can eat sushi evening at Steve's. Steve the experienced sushi chef supplied all the necessaries and we brought the filling (which really steve did too so actually we just brought the salmon-thanks Steve!) I had great fun carefully spreading my rice to an even thickness over the seaweed and rolling a big fat cigar-like roll-very like art classes!. The sushi was a bit soft but still very tasty- tho I think you could give me rice and pickled ginger with soy sauce and I'd still be very happy! Hope the leftovers tasted good for lunch today Steve!
