For those of you who don't know Sara was asked to join the Olympic Team to qualify South Africa for the Olympics and is doing full time training. She recently came first in the Argus Mountain Bike race, go Sara! Unfortunately her trainer has told her she's not allowed to do the Epic, something about recovery times (what do they know anyway, eh?), which is something she was looking forward to. But when they're flying you all over you can't complain can ya?
Just one question Sara- did they make you shave off your hair for that race?!
