Crustless Quiche

Last night Edita and Rebecca came over for dinner and I made the crustless quiche you recently sent me the recipe for. I had great fun not mixing the ingredients together BEFORE put them into the quiche dish so poked my fingers in it and spilt it everywhere instead! It still tasted great and Rebecca ate close on a whole slice to herself! Not sure if it’s a compliment to have an 11 month old enjoy your food but I’ll take my compliments where I can get them!
